Staff brilliant, very helpful. On our first visit we had a complimentary pick up from the airport, and very low cost ride back on departure. Staff even came across the road with us to show us which bus to catch into town! The location is so close to the airport that pick up and return is not really essential for an able person and on our second trip we walked across the road to the airport. Food is good and not expensive, and the included breakfast we had was great. Very pleasant dining area by reception. Our room on our first visit was ok , a bit tired, the next room we had on our return journey was bigger and better, both were comfortable and clean.

Great staff, breakfast was very good, not the tidiest hotel. Great location for airport hotel. Also, a food court right across the street. And, free shuttle to the airport, don’t forget tip though 😉. For one night, excellent price/value.

Excellent location opposite Kathmandu airport. Nice staff, decent room but you shouldn't expect it's same like in our country. But for Nepal standard is good and clean enough already.

The best hotel to stay near the international airport .We had a pleasant stay at this wonderful hotel.The hotel was near the airport clean and calm .The staff was super helpful and supportive.It was the best stay we had .The hospitality of the staff was awesome .Next time also we will chose this beautiful hotel .Thank you very much all the team .

Excellent hotel! I come back to Kasthamandap again and again. Service is exceptional, breakfast is plentiful and tasty, rooms are clean and comfortable. within short walking distance of Thames shops and restaurants.

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are lovely and properly cleaned. Additionally, the cuisine is excellent. The hotel's staff is also pleasant and well-trained. I was most impressed with the assistant manager (Miss Rosti) since she was extremely attentive to every detail and very professional.
